We booked two tours with Marrackech Tailor Made Tours on a recent visit: one of Marrakech's medina and another all-day trip up into the Atlas mountains. Both guides were fabulous - provided lots of interesting information and went slow and took their time to show us around. Communication was quick and fluid in setting things up. We had two great days while visiting Marrakech, onto the Agafey Desert and one in the Atlas Mountains. We got to learn so much about the culture, the Berber way of life, met such kind people and saw incredible places. It was a brilliant experience and we were taken care of right from the beginning, with WhatsApp chats advising us of our drivers and guides in advance and where to meet. We really enjoyed the private experiences as well, it made it feel all the more authentic. Would highly recommend.

Professional, knowledgeable and kind! Ayub helped us arranging the tour and we had a great experience this morning with our guide Farouk. 4 hour tour in the medina, we tried local coffee and local “churros” we met the artisans working in the souks and Farouk also guided us to our restaurant for lunch. Going on this shopping tour in Marrakesh was such a great experience! We were taken directly to the shops that sell authentic goods and felt we could shop knowing that we were getting the best quality products! It wasn’t just about shopping and we found it was very valuable to have a guide sharing historical and cultural knowledge about the area. Also, when we realized that there was a shipping issue with a rug, our guide, Issam was very responsive in assisting with getting information from the store. He went above and beyond what was expected!

We had the most wonderful City Tour with Ayoub. He is so interesting and generous with his time and knowledge. He gave us advice on how to manage the markets, safety protocols since we were new to Marrakech and took us to some of the most amazing stops throughout the day. We would absolutely use him again for another Adventure in Morocco!

My family and I had a wonderful tour with Ayoub today. We visited the Bahai palace, Le Jardín Secret, an old Quran school, two amazing food places, and many shops in the Medina. Ayoub was incredibly knowledgeable and got us into each place without waiting in the line. The two food places we visited were both truly delicious. We had a wonderful time touring the city and I would 100% recommend Ayoub to anyone wanting to properly visit Marrakech.

Ayoub was absolutely incredible. He was very knowledgeable, read our group's needs perfectly and really listened to make it a perfect day in Marrakech. We saw all of the sites (bypassing the lines everywhere) and also took time to show us the "real" city which included areas and especially foods to explore, truly a highlight of our trip. Overall excellent, a day very well spent.

He took me to the best vendors and a delicious local lunch deep into the Souks. The team even helped me find the location of one of the vendors days after my tour so that I could go back to purchase more items. This was top quality customer service! Ayoub was truly fantastic. He met us at our Riad and immediately it felt like I’d known him forever. He provided us a very unique experience walking through the Medina and explaining how it all works. He also brought us to a number of shops where he was able to give us a signature experience, from rug shopping (yes, we bought a few) to the herboriste everyone he introduced us to was warm and welcoming. The highlight was a trip to a food stand where we had pit roasted lamb bread served in the traditional Moroccan style. It was amazing. I can’t say enough great things about the experience Ayoub provided and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Our tour guide Brahim was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time explaining the history and the cultural during our guided tour of the old Madina and the Souks , Madrasa and palace. Would recommend Brahim to anyone.

Oh my gosh...what an "experience." This was recommended to us by someone we met on another tour. Our guide not only took us to great souks, but took us out of the souks to an art district. This tour actually led us back to some souks the next day where we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!!

I booked a personalized shopping trip for my first day in Marrakech, and it was the perfect way to explore the Medina for the first time! My tour was with Younes, who was a wonderful guide. I felt really comfortable wandering into the shops and learning about the craftsmanship and quality throughout the souks. I bought a sun hat, a belt, organic argan oil products, and art. We also stopped for fresh green mint tea and even ventured into Medersa Ben Youssef. It was a beautiful way to start my adventure. Highly recommend!

The best type I've had in Marrakech! I've been 3 tunes to Marrakech, and this private full day tour (group of 2) was the most authentic. Such a fun time! We joined this tour our first night in Marrakech... gave us a good orientation of the “new city” and “old city”.
