Booking Process

Our booking process is designed to be personal and transparent:

• Initial inquiry: You contact us with your travel interests and preferences
• Custom proposal: We design a personalized itinerary and provide a detailed quote.
• Confirmation: Upon agreement, a deposit secures your booking.
• Final details: We finalize all arrangements and provide complete travel documentation.

A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit and sent you written
confirmation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are clearly communicated with each custom quote:

• A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before your tour begins
• For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required at confirmation
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Each custom itinerary clearly specifies what is and isn t included. Generally, our tours include:

• Private licensed guide services
• Private transportation as specified
• Entrance fees to included attractions
• Meals and accommodations as detailed in your itinerary

Unless specifically mentioned, tours typically exclude:

• International and domestic flights
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses and gratuities
• Optional activities not in the itinerary

Traveler Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth travel experience, guests are responsible for:

• Valid travel documents (passport, visas if required)
• Appropriate travel insurance coverage
• Communicating any health conditions or accessibility needs
• Adhering to local laws and customs
• Arriving on time for scheduled activities

Changes & Cancellations

Life is unpredictable, and we understand plans may change:

• Minor changes: We accommodate reasonable adjustments to your itinerary when possible
• Significant changes: May affect pricing and availability
• Cancellations: Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy 

We reserve the right to make necessary changes due to circumstances beyond our control, always

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences:

• We act as intermediaries for third party services (hotels, restaurants, etc.) and cannot be held liable for their actions
• We are not responsible for losses due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political situations, natural events)
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and itinerary designs, is the property of Marrakech Private Tours and protected by copyright laws.

Photos taken during tours may be shared on social media with your consent. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, with mediation or arbitration as a secondary recourse.
